4. Drone Regulations & Compliance (India - DGCA)

Customers are fully responsible for complying with all applicable Indian aviation laws including but not limited to DGCA rules, UIN/UAOP requirements, Remote ID, and no-fly zones.

  • You must register drones if required by DGCA rules
  • You must fly only in permitted zones
  • You are responsible for drone licensing & training if applicable
  • Dronemart is not liable for penalties, fines, or legal issues due to misuse

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not use our website or products for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

Illegal drone flying or violating DGCA norms
Systematic retrieval of website data
Publishing harmful or malicious content
Attempting unauthorized access to systems

6. Disclaimers

Our service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation.

We do not guarantee:

  • Drone performance under real-world conditions
  • Protection against crashes, water damage, GPS loss
  • Operation without signal interference
  • Accurate mapping, battery life or flight timing

7. Limitation of Liability

Dronemart Pvt Ltd is not liable for drone crashes, water damage, pilot error, modification damage, or legal penalties from misuse or illegal flying.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising due to misuse of products, illegal drone flying, or breach of these Terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our services at any time for violation of terms or fraudulent activity.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996.
